We have managed to secure three suppliers so far that means we will be selling though facebook eBay and Amazon before we have our web-site up and running. Sorry it’s been so long since i posted anything we have had such a busy week or two.
So to the viewing of the shops we looked at in Lincoln last Thursday the two shop we looked at were next door to each other, the problem we found with them is that each one on their own were just way too small however if we were to join the two together the we would have a shop close to the size we want. Then there was the issue of the rent of £60,000 for the first and £50,000 for the second plus then on top a £35,000 business rates each shop. That’s too much of a problem however what was is the location in the hour we spent looking at the shop there was only 10 people who walked past it even with Debenhams across the road for it. So we have decided to wait for another larger shop we know will be coming up for rent very soon.
Things are starting to pick up this week we have now become an official limited company as the certifications came thought by email. I do have one gripe about that it would be nice of companies house to also sent the paper work by snail mail so that we have a hard copy to it’s not as if I would cost them that much in postage anyway that my banter over.
Back to the news I was telling you about after 2 days of hard work over Easter I have now build the web serve I still have a number of bits of software to install. The reason we have chosen to run our website from our own server is that hosting the web site would cost us £15.99 a month and over the year this would cost Zozo’s Boutique £191.88 which I feel for a startup company is money we could be spending elsewhere.
We have also arranged a viewing of shop in Lincoln so we will be able to hold much more stock to enable Zozo’s Boutique to bring you the clothing, footwear, and accessories at affordable prices. We will keep you informed as to how the viewing goes tomorrow.

Today we have spent the last 5 hours working our why though the forms on companies house to enable us to make Zozo’s boutique a limited company we know have to wait the two working days to find out if we are able to become a limited company. If we get the go ahead we will be able to bring you more of the big brand we know you all like. As we know you like.
I will inform you of the news every soon we should know the outcome by Wednesday. We don’t see any reason why there should be any problems it was just hard to understand some of the question being asked on the forms but five hours later we have managed to fill them in.
